Refund policy

When your order is delivered, the courier will give you 5-10 minutes to check the items.

If you find any faults or issues, you can return the item immediately with the courier. In this case, you will only be charged the shipping fee.

For Returns you have up to 7 days to return the item for any reason. 

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all labels attached and unwashed.

For the refund once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be sent via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay after the quality check.

Note: Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility.
